If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

~~ Where does the tour begin? - It starts in the Heart of Greenwich Village (aka The West Village). Greenwich Village is easily reached by taxi or subway from anywhere in Manhattan.

~~ Where does the tour end? - The tour ends back where it started in Greenwich Village. Most of our guests, however, opt to get out in Chinatown or Little Italy which is near the end of the tour.

~~ How many people can fit in the Jeep? - The Jeep will seat a maximum of 4 passengers.

~~ Can I be picked up from my hotel? - Yes, providing you are staying at a hotel in Manhattan that is located below 23rd Street. The tour takes place downtown and the extra travel time would cut time away from the actual tour if you are located north of 23rd Street. If you will be below 23rd Street and would like to be picked up, please make sure you indicate that on the order form.

~~ Does the tour include stops or are we in the Jeep the whole time? - You have the option to get out at many locations to explore, take photos, etc.

~~ Are cameras allowed on the tour? - Yes. There will be many of great opportunities for taking memorable photos, so remember to bring your camera! Also, though videotaping on the tour is allowed, please be aware that New York law prohibits videotaping from bridges or in tunnels.

~~ Are the tours conducted in English only? - Yes. However, since the tour is mostly visual, the tour can work wonderfully even if you have only a basic understanding of English.

~~ Can I bring food & drink on the tour? - No. Unfortunately, we don't allow food or drinks in the Jeep, except for the cold bottle of spring water we will provide to each guest at the beginning of the tour. This also means that we will not stop for any food or drinks along the tour, so please make sure to eat before you come out with us!

~~ How long is the tour? - The standard tour is about 2 hours long, but it can run a bit longer or shorter, depending on traffic.

~~ Can I bring my pet? - No. Sorry pets are not allowed.

~~ What happens if it rains? - Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour, we will not be conducting the tour during inclement weather. If, on the day of the tour, it becomes necesssary to cancel the tour, we will reschedule you to another time that is convenient for you.

~~ Are gratuities included? - No. If you feel you enjoyed yourself and had a great time, gratuities are greatly appreciated by your guide.

~~ Is the Jeep available for special events? - Yes! We can arrange to have you picked up and dropped off for a fun day or evening safari of your choice...a night on the town, a special date or any occasion.
